Question 1

What appears in the toolkit shop?

Accepted Answer

The shop lists toolkits the owner has published. Each listing shows its title, description, price, and included formats. Open a toolkit to see its publication date and the labels and access types for its included resources.

Question 2

Can I see resource links before I buy?

Accepted Answer

A toolkit detail page shows each included resource’s label and whether it is a downloadable file or an access link. The actual resource URLs are available in your buyer library after the purchase is confirmed.

Question 3

Do I need an account to buy a toolkit?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Create an account or sign in from the toolkit page before starting checkout. Completed purchases are saved to the account used to start checkout.

Question 4

How does checkout work?

Accepted Answer

Choose Buy this toolkit from its detail page to continue to hosted checkout for the displayed one-time price. Checkout is currently set up for published USD listings that meet the shop’s payment checks. After checkout, return to Tallythicket to check whether payment has been confirmed.

Question 5

When can I access a purchase?

Accepted Answer

The confirmation page checks the returned checkout session with the payment provider. A toolkit enters your library only after that check confirms payment. If the page still says payment is pending, use Check again; access is not granted while confirmation is pending.

Question 6

How do I return to a toolkit I purchased?

Accepted Answer

Sign in to the same account you used to start checkout and open your buyer library. It lists completed toolkit purchases and their saved resource links. Selecting a resource opens its link in a new tab.

Question 7

What are the refund terms and delivery timing?

Accepted Answer

Refund terms and delivery timing are not stated in the current shop or checkout. Those details require confirmation from the owner, so this page does not promise a refund policy or a delivery window.
